How to Manage Account & Billing within Firefish
View Website Plugin Settings, Your Call and SMS Usage and Data and Storage Allowance.
Managing your account billing in Firefish ensures you have full visibility over your invoices, payments, and subscription details. This guide explains how to access your billing information, understand your charges, and take action if you need to update details or resolve any issues.
Subscriptions Tab
On the Subscriptions tab you can view an up to date view of everything included in yout Firefish package including:
Subscription Details

Start date - the date that you joined Firefish

End date - the date that your current contract is due to expire

Billing Frequency - monthly or annual

Payment Date - The date within the given month that your next bill will taken
- Contract Length - 12/24/36 months etc.

Licences

Minimum Seat Number (and price per month) - the minimum number of licences you have agreed to have as part of your current contract

Uncontracted Licences (and price per month) - the number of licences you currently have over your Minimum Seat

Active Licences - your total number of currently active paid licences

Unallocated Licences - the number of licences under your Minimum Seat

Non-chargeable Users - how many free licences you currently have (Marketing Users and Report Admin)

Total Licences - your total number of currently active licences

Website

SSL Renewal Cost - This is an annual charge for your Secure Sockets Layer certificate which keeps your website encrypted. The standard technology for keeping an internet connection secure and safeguarding any sensitive data that is being sent between two systems.

Theme - Your current Firefish website template

Web Content - whether you your full website with Firefish or just a jobs page

Job Plugin - your Firefish jobs page (if you don't have your full website with Firefish)

SMS

Your SMS Package - the number of SMS you get each month

SMS Cost - your total SMS cost per month

Enrich

Enrich Package - your agreed Enrich credit package

Enrich Cost - the monthly cost for your Enrich package

Remaining Credits - the number of Enrich credits that you currently have available to use

Auto-Upgrade Package - when enabled, your subscription package for Firefish Enrich will automatically increase if you hit your limit during the period

Top Up Available Credits - purchase a patch of Enrich credits

Reports

Dashboards in Use - how many actively used report dashboards you have

Dashboards Allocated - how many report dashboards are available to be used

Additional Dashboards - how many dashboards you have over your subscribed amount

SMS Tab
The SMS page allows Super Users to manage their current package and purchase additional credits when needed.
You can select a monthly SMS package on the left-hand side. Available options typically include:
- 500 SMS per month
- 1000 SMS per month
You can also use the options on the right-hand side to purchase additional SMS credits.
Viewing Remaining Credits
On each tab, you can view your remaining credits for calls or SMS, helping you monitor usage and decide when to top up.

Storage Tab
The Storage page allows Super Users to view and manage key system usage details, including data allocation and SMS credits.
Data Allocation
The Data Allocation section shows how many people records are currently stored in your system, alongside your total allocation.
This count includes both live and archived records. Your allocation is based on the number of user licences on your system:
- A base allowance of 10,000 people records
- An additional 5,000 records per user licence
This helps you monitor usage and ensure you remain within your data limits.
Remaining Credits
The Remaining Credits section displays how many SMS credits you have available before your next billing date.
Your credits will automatically reset at the start of each new billing cycle.
