Using the References Tab on a Candidate Record
The References tab in Firefish allows you to log, manage, and store reference details for a candidate directly on their record. This helps you maintain a full compliance trail and ensure that reference information is easily accessible for future placements or audits.
You can access the References tab by opening a candidate record and selecting References from the tab menu.

Creating References
The References tab can be used to store Referee information such as Name, Company, Job Title, Email and Phone number.
You can use the "Okay to Contact" tick box to confirm the candidate has approved for you to contact the referee.
The Reference Request button allows you to send an email to the Referee to ask for a reference, and can automatically attach your reference document from the documents library.
Once contacted and a reference provided, use the Reference Notes box and document upload to the reference.
