      Changing a User's Licence Type

      How to switch one of your User's licence type

      Super Users are able to change a User's licence type.

      Go to Settings > User Management > Users where you'll view a list of active user licences:

      Find the user whose role you'd like to change, click the cog under the Actions column > Change Role:

      A pop up will appear where you can choose a new role for that specific user then click Save:

      To change a users licence type to Marketing or Report Admin - please contact Support or your Customer Success Champion.
