How we improve and cleanse your data during migration

To ensure your data is in the best state before launch, we use validation tools to flag issues that can often be fixed in bulk. Common issues include:

• Missing candidate/contact names
• Missing or invalid email addresses/phone numbers
• Duplicate records
• Expired or non-sensical values/dates

We’ll review these with you and suggest solutions such as merging/removing records or updating fields.

You also receive two bespoke Go Live scripts with your migration, which can be used for additional fixes or data changes. If these are needed, we’ll highlight them early in the process.
