How to prepare screenshots for us to test your migration

Provide screenshots of example records from your old system. This helps us check that data is mapped correctly. Use records that are:

• Well populated with information.
• Unchanged since the backup.
• Representative of multiple fields if needed (it’s fine to send several examples).

We will need screenshots of the following record types:

• Candidate
• Contact
• Company

For a full migration we will also need screenshots of your job records, both permanent and contract.
