Here's what we released in December.

CRM 

UI Updates to Saved Search Buttons

We have updated the buttons in Saved Searches to make the ‘Update Button’ stand out. This makes the button design consistent with the rest of the system and makes this page easier to use. The button functionality is still the same as before.

CRM 

Considering To Do List

We’ve updated the Considering to do list to make it more consistent and user-friendly. 

Now, all candidates - whether added via candidate search, the job workflow or the advert workflow - will appear next to the job they’ve been considered for. Previously, candidates added from an advert displayed the advert name instead. 

When you click an entry, it will take you directly to the Considering tab for that job, based on feedback from clients who wanted a simpler experience.

Integrations 

Quil

We have added the ‘Quil’ integration to our newly named ‘Automation’ page within the ‘Integrations’ settings. The automation page has also been restructured into ‘Marketing Automation’ and ‘Comms Automation’ sections. When enabled, the integration will allow our users to integrate with Quil and have access through our API.

SMS wording & SMS Modal UI Improvements 

Throughout Firefish, we have updated the wording of ‘SMS’ to ‘Message’ as part of future improvements for Instant Messaging. 

The send SMS modal has been updated to be in line with the email and CV send modals. Users will see the new angular modal in their candidate or contact records, as well as when sending bulk SMS messages through search results, talent pools, job workflow, saved searches, and their To-Do list actions.

Analytics 

Deactivated Users on Reports Dashboard – Candidate module  

Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise  

On the Reports Dashboard, on the Candidate module we can now see actions from the Candidate Activity dataset performed by users who are now deactivated. 

This can be viewed using the Deactivated Users filter in the global dashboard filter for users. 

When viewing the data for users who are deactivated, it shows the original user with ’Deactivated’ in brackets.

Integrations

Public API – Adding Include Weekends to Placement API Endpoints

Placements, Extensions, & Terminations returned by the Placement Search & Placement Part API endpoints will now display ‘Include weekends’ in a Boolean format.

Public API - Allowing Datetimes in Contact Search Endpoint

The Contact API now supports date time search as an optional feature. Users can continue to filter results in Date only format or the user can perform a search using ISO-8601 date time search.
