Employer Portal Settings

Within Settings > Employer Portal you can view any active Hiring Manager/Account Manager accounts as well as have control over what actions can be performed and what data can be seen within the Employer Portal.

Users

The Users tab provides a full list of any active, on notice or expired Hiring Manager/Account Manager licences. You can also click into any contact record via this page and make changes to the employer portal licence.

Candidates

The Candidates tab allows you to decide which areas of a candidate record are available to the Hiring Manager/Account Manager within the Employer Portal.

Simply use the On/Off switch on the right-hand side of Summary or Preferences to enable or disable each section.

You can also click each field to expand a sub menu.

Search

The Search tab in Employer Portal settings lets you control the search options available to Hiring Manager/Account Managers in the Candidates drop down menu on the Employer Portal.

You can disable the Candidates drop down menu on the Employer Portal altogether by using the On/Off switch next to Search on the settings page.

You can use the On/Off switches next to Search and Talent Pool to control whether these show in the Candidates drop down, or not.

Adverts

The Adverts tab lets you control the Adverts page within the Employer Portal.

The switch next to Adverts allows you to enable or disable the Adverts page within the employer portal entirely.

Enable Advert Authorisation - this determines whether you want to authorise a Hiring Manager/Account Managers advert before it is posted onto your jobs page.

Enable Shortlist - enabling this setting will give Hiring Managers/Account Managers the ability to move applicants from the advert applications tab to the shortlist of a job record.

Enable Employers application notifications - enabling this setting means Hiring Managers/Account Managers will receive a notification email when an application is completed on one of their adverts.

Attach CV to notifications - enabling this setting means CV's attached to applications will be included for the Hiring Managers/Account Managers when they receive the notification email from the setting above.

Jobs

This page allows you enable whether a Hiring Manager/Account Manager can send CVs, arrange interviews and/or make offers on the permanent/contract job workflow.

Emp PortalThe switch next to Job Settings allows you to enable or disable the Jobs page within the employer portal entirely.

Enable Send CVs - enabling this setting will give Hiring Managers/Account Managers the ability to have the Send CVs column on within the jobs workflow.

Enable Interviews - enabling this setting will give Hiring Managers/Account Managers the ability to have the Interviews column on within the jobs workflow. Your managers will then be able to arrange interviews with your candidates.

Enable Offers - enabling this setting will give Hiring Managers/Account Managers the ability to have the Offer column on within the jobs workflow. Your managers will then be able to offer the role to candidates.

When enabled, these buttons will become visible within the Employer Portal at the bottom right hand side of the job record.

Enable Compliance on Job Workflow - enabling this setting will give Hiring Managers/Account Managers the ability to view the Compliance Details within the jobs workflow. Your managers will only have read only access to the compliance side panel.
