Getting Started with the Temp Workflow

An overview of the tools available to manage temporary shifts and bookings.

Firefish's Temp Workflow brings together shift planning, candidate availability, bookings and rate management, allowing you to manage your temporary desk within your CRM.

You can use the workflow to plan individual or recurring shifts, manage your pool of available candidates, offer shifts and track confirmed bookings.

The Temp Workflow also integrates with Firefish Rate Cards and Availability Confirmations, helping you manage pay and charge rates alongside candidate documentation.

Setting up your Temp Workflow

Before using the Temp Workflow, you can configure the stages, shift offering and confirmation settings to suit how your agency operates.

Managing Rate Cards

Set up standard or company-specific Rate Cards to manage pay and charge rates across temporary assignments.

Rate Cards support different rates and modifiers, including overtime, time-based rates and rates based on weeks worked.
