On Assignment (Basic/Professional/Enterprise) — On Assignment is now enabled for all clients, bringing current contract placements and temp bookings together in one place. Recruiters can see who’s currently working without switching between screens, making it easier to stay on top of active assignments and redeployment opportunities.

Job Workflow Enable/Disable Permissions (Basic/Professional/Enterprise) — Job workflow enable/disable controls are now restricted to Sysadmins, preventing other users from making unintended changes. If a non-Sysadmin tries to access a disabled workflow, they can now request it through a pre-drafted email to Firefish Support.

Candidate Placement Data Retention (all versions) — A new setting in People Configuration lets Superusers control how long limited information from Permanent or Contract placements and completed confirmed Temp bookings is retained when a candidate is deleted. The default is 6 years, measured from the placement or booking dates; linked contact records are retained.
