How to set up Evertime integration
Evertime provides a full online contractor submission of timesheets, expenses and receipts, with approval by client managers from secure email link.
You can enable a CSV export to be sent to Evertime when a contract placement, extension or termination is submitted on Firefish.
If you have an Evertime account, get in touch with your Firefish Success Champion or Support and we can arrange this for you.
How it works
Our Integration with Evertime allows you to send contract job information at the point of placement through to Evertime, where you can then manage the post-placement workflow of timesheets, holidays, and expenses.
Information sent from FF to Evertime Includes:
• Job Information including start and end dates
• Contractor details such as personal and payment information
• Pay and charge information based on the billing information in Firefish
The transfer of data takes place when a user confirms a placement, extension or termination in Firefish, meaning the information passed between the two systems is always the most up to date.
Below you will find a table to fields that are passed over from Firefish to Evertime. You will see both the field name from Firefish and the name that is attributed in Evertime.
Mandatory fields will be denoted by an asterisk*. These fields must have values or the Evertime export may fail.
