Uable to Access Firefish - 15.11.24
08:40 - Resolved
The deployment to resolve this issue has now been completed and you should be able to access your Firefish system. We will post a root cause analysis shortly.
08:29 - Update
We have now created a script to resolve this issue for all affected clients- we estimate this will take around 30 minutes to be deployed and thus resolved for all sites.

We have identified the cause of this issue and are working to prepare a resolution for deployment across all affected clients.
07:15 - New Issue
We have identified an issue which may be causing some users to be unable to access and log into their Firefish system. We are working to resolve this ASAP.
Automation Service Errors - 11/10/24
10:10 Resolved
We have now completed the rebuild and deployment of the automation service. We have tested this is working correctly and are now processing all queued Reed applications through to users.
09:03 Update
We are currently working to rebuild the automation service and once this is complete we will deploy the service live.
08:39 - New Issue
We are aware of an issue with our automation service which may cause our Reed Direct Apply and Zapier Integration to be non-functional. We are working to resolve this ASAP.
Unable to Utilise Firefish. - 30/08/24
Root Cause Analysis
The analysis of the root cause for the issue that prevented some clients from accessing their Firefish instance on Friday, August 30, 2024, has been successfully completed. In an ongoing effort to enhance groupings and field standardisation, adjustments were made to the Company Configuration settings as part of a new feature release. After release, it was discovered that certain settings the code was looking for were not yet present in some clients' live systems, leading to errors upon login. This issue was promptly addressed within the specified timeframes below.
A thorough review of our build and testing procedures was then conducted to pinpoint any shortcomings that may have contributed to this incident. Updates will be made to our processes regarding how we handle existing unit tests when reusing code to prevent similar issues in the future.
11.19 - Resolved
The fix has been successfully deployed and all users should be able to utilise the system as expected.
10:23 - Update
The fix has passed testing and is being deployed to all users. All users should have access restored within an hour.

We have now pushed a potential resolution out to test and should this be successful we will immediately deploy it to all users.

We have now identified the cause of this issue and are working to deploy a resolution.

We are aware of an issue where users log in and they receive an error message and are unable to utilise the system. We are working to resolve this ASAP.
Outlook Add-In Errors - 08/08/24
10.18 - Resolved
We have now deployed a resolution for the Add-In issues experienced this morning and all users should be able to utilise the Add-In as expected.

We have now placed a potential fix out to test - if this passes test successfully we will deploy live as soon as possible.
09:26 - Update
We believe we have now found the cause of this issue from our weekly hotfix - we are working to confirm this and push a resolution out for testing.

We are aware of error messages some users may receive when utilising the Outlook Add-In. We are currently investigating the cause of this issue with an aim to resolve ASAP.
