How to Set Up the Liquid Friday Integration
Setting up Liquid Friday in Firefish is straightforward. Follow these steps:
Create Your Liquid Friday Account
Ensure you have an active account with Liquid Friday and notify their team that you’ll be integrating with Firefish.
Enable Integration in Firefish

Go to Settings > Integrations > Pay & Bill.

Enable Liquid Friday.

Share Credentials with Liquid Friday
Once you have enabled the integration you will get access to your Client ID and Client Secret. It is vital that you share this with liquid Friday so that they can successfully finish activating your account.
Once configured, the integration will streamlines your workflow by automatically sending placement details to Liquid Friday via API as soon as a placement is made.
Add Liquid Friday as Supplier
To set Liquid Friday up as supplier you need to:
- Go to Settings > People Configuration > Supplier Directory.

How to Use the Integration
The integration is super simple to use once set up. Once a candidate has been offered and is ready to place:
Click into the placement and go into the pay details tab, you then want to make sure the payment type is self employed, engagement type is umbrella and supplier is Liquid Friday.
Once you've hit place and confirm the placement this will then be picked up by the Liquid Friday API and that will be created in their platform. Any changes you make in Firefish, rates, terminations etc will be updated in liquid Friday automatically when you make the changes in your Firefish system.

Troubleshooting
This integration is owned and maintained by Liquid Friday, who collect predetermined placement and candidate fields on a schedule, and specifically look for any updated contract placements where the associated candidate has the Liquid Friday Limited supplier in their Pay Details. If you are having trouble with any of the information being collected, first make sure that the candidate and placement record have been correctly formatted for collection.
