New Salary Range Setting for Permanent Workflow (Closed Beta)
Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise
When creating a job, clients will often only fill out one of the Salary From and Salary To fields, which means they aren’t getting the full benefit of their Potential Matches. To help with this, we are introducing the Salary Range feature.
This feature is entering Closed Beta this week.
Here’s how it works:
- Users can select a percentage range from the dropdown (10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, or 50%) - the default is 20%.
- When creating a job and entering a salary, the salary value will serve as the mid-point. The selected percentage will then auto-populate the Salary From and Salary To fields when the job is created
- Once the job is created, Users will be able to edit the Salary From and Salary To fields
Example:
If the job salary is £10,000 and the range is set to 20%, the system will automatically set:
- Salary From: £8,000
- Salary To: £12,000

Change the Pay Type Names on the Contract Workflow (Closed Beta)
Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise
The names we give our Pay Type values (Self Employed and PAYE) don’t always match how our clients refer to these. To help with that, we are introducing the Change Pay Type Names feature.
This feature is entering Closed Beta this week, and if the feature flag is enabled, it makes some changes to the Pay Type section in Job Configuration > Contract Workflow > Sales Settings.
The edits made to the Pay Type names only change the way they appear on the Contract job workflow. This won’t change anything in Reports, Emails, Exports or in the API.
