🔧 CRM Updates

Parent and Child Companies Search (All Plans)

• What’s new: Companies that are marked as both Parent and Child now appear when either checkbox is selected in Company Search.
• Benefit: Ensures more complete search results when filtering by company type.

New Owner Column on New Registrations (All Plans)

• What’s new: A new “Owner” column has been added to the New Registrations To Do list.
• Benefit: Makes it easier to see who owns each candidate at a glance.
• Note: Further enhancements to this area are planned in upcoming releases.

Open in New Tab (All Plans)

• What’s new: Users can now right-click menu items and the Settings cog to open them in a new browser tab.
• Benefit: Improves navigation flexibility across the system.

Potential Matches Preferences Naming (All Plans)

• What’s new: Updating labels in System Configuration > Preferences now also updates labels on the Potential Matches tab in Job Configuration.
• Benefit: Keeps preference labels consistent across related workflows.

‘Link to Job’ Changed to ‘Opportunity’ in Actions (All Plans)

• What’s new: The term “Link to Job” has been replaced with “Opportunity” in relevant areas.
• Benefit: Ensures consistent terminology throughout the platform.

Contact Saved Searches Exports (All Plans)

• What’s new: CSV exports from Contact Saved Searches now only include the columns selected in the column selector.
• Benefit: Streamlines exported data to only what’s needed.

Job Board Credits Remaining Tooltip Improvement (All Plans)

• What’s new: The tooltip in the “Reach” tab now displays credits remaining based on the quota set in Job Boards settings.
• Benefit: Provides clearer, quota-based credit visibility for job board posting.

Stepstone Irish Job Boards Modal Updates (All Plans)

• What’s new: Posting modals for Irish Jobs, Jobs.ie, and NI Jobs have been updated:

• “Categories” dropdown removed.

• All “Desired Skill” fields now optional.

• Remuneration restrictions updated from 30% to 300%.

• Benefit: Simplifies and modernises job posting workflows for Stepstone Irish job boards.

Parent and Child Companies Search

In Week 25, we added checkboxes to filter Company Search results by Parent and Child company types.

This has now been updated so that companies which are both Parent and Child will appear when either checkbox is ticked.

As part of upcoming improvements a new ‘Owner’ column has been added to the ‘New Registrations’ To Do list, making it easier to see who owns each candidate at a glance.

Continuing our work to support right-click > Open in New Tab across the system, this functionality is now available on menu items and the Settings cog. Users can now right-click these areas to open them in a new tab, making navigation even easier. 

 

Potential Matches Preferences Naming

When the Preferences labels are updated in System Configuration > Preferences, the labels will also be updated on the Potential Matches tab of each workflow in job Configuration.  

Link to Job’ Changed to ‘Opportunity’ in Actions

Following the recent updates to terminology, the phrase ‘Link to Job’ has been replaced with ‘Opportunity’ in relevant areas, keeping language consistent across the system.

Contact Saved Searches Exports

When users export contacts from a Saved Search, the CSV export will now reflect the columns selected in the column selector. 

For example, if a user selects First Name, Surname, and Email, only those columns will appear in the exported file, making it easier to control and streamline exported data.

Job Board Credits Remaining Tooltip Improvement

We have improved the tooltip when hovering over a job board in the “Reach” tab of a job advert.

Users will now see how many credits they have left based on the credit limit set within the “Job Boards” settings page.

If a user has a quota of credits remaining, then the tooltip will show their number of credits remaining rather than the overall credits remaining.

Stepstone Irish Job Boards Modal Updates

We have updated our Stepstone Irish Job Boards to remove and update existing fields on the posting modals. These changes will impact Irish Jobs, Jobs.ie, and NI Jobs.

The following updates include:

• “Categories” dropdown has been removed as it is no longer required

• Remuneration restrictions have been updated from 30% to 300%
