Compliance (General Compliance)

We’ve improved General Compliance in the Firefish system.

What’s new

Professional and Enterprise customers can now define mandatory right-to-work and identity rules that match their process, enforce them across their database (so only compliant candidates progress), and update or verify everything from the side panel - which means no tab-hopping! 

A standardised compliance status now keeps shortlisting and reporting consistent.

Why it matters

  • Reduce risk: apply the same checks every time, for every candidate.

  • Save time: capture and update compliance details in seconds from one place.

  • Remove compliance blockers: Candidates will start sooner. So faster placements = faster revenue.

How it works

  • Set your mandatory right-to-work and ID rules in General Compliance.

  • Recruiters capture or update compliance on the candidate side panel.

  • Candidates automatically show as Compliant / Not Compliant / Action Needed.

  • Searching and shortlisting prioritise candidates who meet your rules.
