Step-by-step guidance for reviewing your migrated data
General Guidelines

Check only records unchanged since your backup.

Be aware of Phase 1 limitations:

Some documents or files may take longer to appear.

For Full Migrations, jobs may not appear until later phases.

Report any missing or incorrect data to your Migration Consultant and provide screenshots from your curent software to demonstrate.
Candidate Records

Verify basic contact information (name, phone numbers, emails).

Check employment details, pay info, and coding/preferences.

Review additional/custom fields, especially non-standard compliance or client-specific fields.

Check the actions/history panel for logged emails, calls, and status changes (if applicable).

Review associated documents—these may appear in later phases.
Contacts & Companies

Confirm all key fields have migrated correctly.

Ensure relationships (e.g., candidate → company, candidate → contact) are preserved.
Jobs & Placements (Full Migrations)

Check job titles, assigned contacts and companies, coding information, and pay details.

Verify placement records show the correct candidate assignments and dates.

Check recruitment history under candidate profiles.
-
Review any job-related documents; some may appear later.

Ensure workflow stages (e.g., considering, interview, placed) reflect your previous system.
