We have added the ability to select additional contact records when composing new emails in Firefish to contacts associated to the same company. 

Users simply click into the To, Cc or Bcc boxes in the email modal and a search and select box appears with all other contacts associated with the same company. 

This feature is available anywhere the user sends an email (including sending Spec CVs and Job Workflow stages) to a contact that is linked to a Company record as a Current Contact and does not appear on candidate records or bulk emails.

As part of the wider modularisation work, we have now removed the links between the Contract and Temp workflows.  This allows the Temp workflow to be enabled independently of the Contract workflow, whilst ensuring that any shared settings remain enabled. 

 

 

Job Workflow

New Temp Workflow Activity Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise

To allow you to have Temp specific SMS templates, we have added a new activity to the library under the Job Module and Temp Workflow category named Bulk SMS.


This activity will be used when you send a candidate an SMS from the availability pool.

Temp Reporting Improvements Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise

The new Temps Out dataset will be available in Beta this week within the Report Dashboard. This dataset introduces a new grouping called Booking Status, allowing users to report on shifts at candidate level.

The Report Card Library will also be updated with the new Temps cards.

AI Enhanced Note Taking Version(s): All

AI Enhanced note taking is now available when logging notes in Firefish for Standard, Call & Message notes. Simply click the AI Enhance button to reformat, spellcheck and standardise your rough notes in seconds – giving you legible, searchable and traceable activities.
