Candidate Portal Availability

Available in: Professional / Enterprise

We’ve extended the existing Candidate Availability feature to now be available in the Candidate Portal for clients participating in the closed beta.

When the Candidate Availability Planner feature flag is enabled:

• The Availability setting can be found in Settings > Candidate Portal

• An Availability tab will be visible within the Candidate Portal

This update gives candidates access to availability settings directly in the portal, making it easier for them to share their availability and for hiring teams to plan accordingly.

Web Registration Form Improvements – Marlin Template

This week’s release includes a set of improvements to the Web Registration Form on the Marlin template:

UI consistency and layout

• Standardised padding across the Web Registration and Advert Application forms

• Improved form field alignment for a cleaner and more consistent user experience

Customisable page description

• Users can now edit the page description on the Web Registration Form

• This matches the existing custom description feature available on the Diversity page

Enhanced form structure with Spacer fields

• The Spacer field now supports additional options

• Users can use spacers to organise the form into clearly defined sections with headers

These improvements make it easier to create visually clear, user-friendly registration forms with greater control over content and layout.
