We have a couple of improvements to the Temp Workflow from client feedback; we’ve added a Leavers setting and changed how shifts from other jobs show in the List View.

 

A new setting has been added to give users control over how long candidates remain visible in the Availability Pool after being marked a leaver.  

 

Within Settings > Job Configuration > Temp Workflow > Availability Pool, users can now choose whether leavers are removed immediately on reaching their end date or kept greyed out at the bottom of the pool for a configurable period. 

 

This behaviour also respects the End Worked Date setting, ensuring candidates are removed either on or after their end date as expected. 

 

When viewing a Temp job in List View, users may see shifts that a candidate is already booked onto in other jobs, helping prevent double-booking. These shifts are now shown in grey (instead of green) to make it clear they belong to a different job. 

 

The colour around the candidate profile is unchanged and continues to indicate whether the candidate is confirmed on the shift. 

 

  

We have now added a Compliance Updated date to the Details Tab on a Candidate Record, allowing users to view and report on the last updated date for all a Candidates’  Compliance Details. 

 

We have also added a new Date Search field for Compliance Updated Date within the Profile section of the Advanced Search Filters on a Candidate Search.
