Job Workflows 

Candidate Status

We’ve made a small but useful improvement to how candidate shift statuses are displayed across Availability Pools and the Availability Calendar within the candidate record and portal.  

Previously, a candidate’s portrait was shown when they were dragged onto a shift, with a coloured outline indicating their status. We’ve now replaced the portrait with a larger status indicator, making it much easier to quickly see a candidate’s shift status at a glance. 

We’ve also updated the hover tooltip, so it now shows the candidate’s status instead of their reference number. 
 

Web 

Settings

Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise

There are some menu and field changes to note:
  • Enhanced Postcode Lookup and Multicurrency features are now available for all Clients (disabled by default where not already enabled) 
  • Web Registration settings are now located within Settings > Candidate Portal.  The “Show Register Button” has also been moved here from its original location in Website > Web Settings>Branding 
  • Advert Configuration settings have all been moved into Website > Jobs Plugin and the Advert Configuration menu item has been removed 
  • News Plugin has been removed from Subscriptions and Renewals (it remains active and present for Clients that currently have access to it)
