- Email tracking was expiring after 30 days when not opened or clicked, we've increased this to 90 days now.

Summary: Automate a series of personalised follow-up emails to contacts, sent at scheduled intervals from within Firefish to nurture prospects without manual chasing. Helping to create consistent business development campaigns while tracking engagement and keeping communication timely and organised.

One of the best ways to be considered for future beta programmes is to actively participate in our Firefish User Community. Raising ideas, voting on existing suggestions and engaging with product discussions helps us understand which features matter most to our customers. Community members are also kept updated on idea progress and may be invited to participate in beta testing as features move through development.

Customer Summary: Vente AI is a business development tool that finds jobs online and can push selected leads into Firefish. The integration can create leads in Firefish and include lead details in notes/activity.
