User Levels and What They Can Do
What you have access to according to your Firefish user type
As a Firefish user, you'll have a different level of permissions depending on what kind of user you are.
Here's a list of the different user roles and what access you get with them:
Super User
Has full access to Firefish including jobs, adverts, candidate / contact and company records and can configure fields, drop-down, emails, set user targets and amend settings through out your system.
Compliance User
Has full access to candidates, contacts, companies, jobs and adverts. Can also access reporting, legal plugin, compliance details, document library and supplier directory settings.
Recruitment Manager
Has full working access to Firefish, including jobs, adverts, candidate / contact and company records and can set targets and team structures (professional/enterprise package). Available for Professional and Enterprise clients.
Recruiter
Has full working access to Firefish, including jobs, adverts, candidate / contact and company records.
Marketing user
Has full access to be able to update and manage your Website as well as access to Adverts (for Reach & SEO) and Email Templates within Settings. Available for Professional and Enterprise clients only and this is a free licence to support the business.
Report Administrator
Has read only access to the dashboard of everyone’s activities and is able to access your standard reports in Analyse. This is a free licence to support the business.
