Overview

The To-Do list in your dashboard will automatically update whenever actions occur that require follow-up. These prompts ensure you do not overlook important tasks. Each To-Do item links back to the relevant record, helping you action it quickly.


Adverts

Advert Renewal – Reminder to renew a live job advert.
Advert Application – A candidate has applied; follow up with feedback or next steps.
Advert Authorisation – A new advert awaits your approval or rejection (Enterprise only).
Advert Feedback – An employer has provided feedback on a candidate (Enterprise only).

 


Jobs

Considering – A candidate has been moved to the β€œConsidering” stage.
Contracts Ending – A temporary contract is approaching its end date.
New Start – A candidate is about to begin their new job.
Offer – A candidate is now at the offer stage.
Interviews – A candidate has an upcoming or recent interview.
CV Sent – A CV has been shared with a hiring manager for review.
Notes – Comments – A note or comment has been added to a job workflow.
Awaiting eSign – An e-sign document is pending signature.
Timesheets Due – Timesheet submission is required for review or approval.
New Job Review – A newly created job requires your review (Enterprise only).
Employer’s Feedback – Employer feedback needs to be reviewed and shared (Enterprise only).

 


Candidate Activity

New Registrations – A newly registered candidate has been assigned to you.
Bulk Email – A bulk email was sent and a follow-up is scheduled.
Candidate Calls – A call was logged with a future follow-up date.
Candidate Meetings – A meeting with a candidate has been scheduled.
Candidate Notes – A note was added with a reminder for follow-up.
CV Uploaded – A candidate uploaded a CV via the portal (Professional and Enterprise only).
Reference Requests – A reference has been requested on behalf of a candidate.
Suggest – A teammate has suggested a candidate for your review.
Employer Info Request – An employer has requested more details on a candidate (Enterprise only).

 


Company

Review Terms – The terms agreed with a company are approaching review.

 


Contact Activity

CV Sent On Spec – A speculative CV was sent and follow-up is required.
Bulk Email – A bulk email to contacts has a scheduled follow-up.
Contact Calls – A call was logged with a future follow-up date.
Contact Emails – An email was sent and a follow-up is scheduled.
Contact Meetings – A meeting with a contact has been arranged.
Contact Notes – A note was added with a follow-up date.

 


Compliance

Contract Authorisation – A job offer requires completion of candidate compliance details (if enabled).
Job Authorisation – A job needs company compliance confirmation (if enabled).
Permanent Authorisation – A permanent offer is awaiting candidate compliance completion (if enabled).
Consent Never Requested – The candidate has not yet received your compliance agreement.
Consent Follow Up – Candidate hasn’t agreed to your terms within 14 days but still within the 28-day window.
Consent Expired – The 28-day consent window has passed with no agreement received.
Expired Details – Compliance data has expired or is about to expire.
Data Retention – Archived candidate data has passed the retention period (default: 2 years).
