An overview of what to expect during your migration

The expected duration of a migration depends on the type, with light migrations typically taking approximately three weeks, and a full migration taking approximately five weeks.
Both follow this structure:

• Discovery Call – Call with you, the implementation lead, and success/sales team to set timeframes, expectations, and next steps.
• Data Pickup – We cannot begin until your backup has been received.
• Testing & Feedback – First migration run checked against your screenshots to confirm field mapping.
• Testing Session(s)* – Walkthrough of the test database to verify data mapping and identify opportunities for data cleansing or improvement.

• Sign Off – Review fixes from testing, agree on any final changes, and plan Go Live scripts or remaps.
• Go Live – Final import of data with approved mappings and changes.
• Post Migration – If there are any issues or questions after Go Live we’ll advise the best resolution.
