Managing your profile and password

To view your profile, click your name in the top-right and select My Account from the drop-down:

You can personalise your account by adding a profile picture that will appear on the records and actions that are assigned to you.

Use the Upload button to pick an image from your computer:

Select Choose File, and when you’ve picked your image, click Upload. If you'd like to remove or change your image at any time, just use the red cross.

Change Password

You can also change your password here.

Enter your current password in the box and your new one below.

Forgotten Password

For security reasons, we don't store any passwords for you. If you forget your password, please use the forgotten password link on your login page.

Email Alerts

Our Email Alerts page allows you to select which Email Alerts you'll receive from Firefish.

On this page, you can tell us if you'd like to receive Advert Applications straight into your email inbox as well as into Firefish.
