Advert Configuration

The Advert Configuration setting will allow you to filter out candidates from your applications which are not suitable based on Keywords.

The candidate preferences settings when enabled will add the advert preferences to the candidate record preferences when they make an application. When this is disabled the advert preferences will not be added to the candidate preferences in their record.

The Application Filters are a filter which allow you to make changes as to which candidates display on your applications. If you recieve a high volume of applications, you may want to filter these to the most suitable.

The filter on applications automatically puts in the keywords from the associated job, and if these aren't populated they will come from the advert preferences.

By default, this will only rank the candidates however the above settings allows you to change the default to Rank and Filter - this means any candidates who don't match the keywords will not be shown in your Applications list.

Advert Cards

Advert card details have now been added to this page. This will allow you to toggle whether you want your logo to display on advert cards. 

You will also be able to toggle whether or not you want the Discipline to be displayed on the title of your advert cards. Both of these will be dependent on whether the chosen template supports it.
