You can now grade your website against our recruitment grader.
The recruitment grader will give you an insight to see if your website if a talent magnet.
You can access the recruitment grader by navigating to website > web settings > grade my website. This page will display a button that will open up the recruitment grader in a new tab.
The recruitment grader home page will include a website and email field as well as a checkbox to opt-in to our marketing updates
Your overall score will display at the top of the page. This score will be out of 100 and will be calculated based on your breakdown scores.

This section rates your Impact & accessibility for candidate attraction. This score will be out of 25 and will cover the following factors:
Mobile responsiveness - Your home page can be accessed by mobile devices!
Link to job page - Pride of place, you've got access to jobs from your home page!
Login - Great, your candidates have quick access to log in to your site!
Register - Your candidates can register to be kept up-to-date with your jobs!
Social accounts - You social animal, you! You've got all the best social accounts.
Jobs on home page - It looks like you've got a selection of your jobs on your home page!
This section rates your jobs list page. This score will be out of 35 and will cover the following factors:
Social sharing - Yay, you have social sharing on your jobs!
Job search - It looks like candidates can search for jobs!
Apply to job - Your candidate application process is great!
Job URL - Your job URLs look perfect!
Register form - It looks like your candidates can register!
Mobile jobs page - Great, you have a mobile version of your jobs page!
Google for jobs - Your pages are schema validated and you have an RSS feed for your jobs!
SSL - Great, you are protecting your candidate's personal details as your website and jobs page have a valid SSL certificate!
If the page that has been graded is not your correct jobs list page, you can update this by clicking the edit icon next to the URL field.
This section rates your site's SEO. This score will be out of 35 and will cover the following factors:
Meta description - All of your pages have a description!
Titles - All of your pages have a title and that is between 50-60 characters in length.
Headers - You are making great use of header tags on your pages!
Sitemap - We found your sitemap and robot files!
URLs - Great, all roads lead to you! Your site's home page URLs seem to be in good form.

This section rates your site's market authority. This score will be out of 5 and will cover the following factors:
Blog & RSS feed - Read all about it! You've got a blog and it has an RSS feed, well done you.

Update this grade
If you have made some changes to improve the score on your website, you can hit the 'Update this grade' button to re-run your website grade. This button is pinned to the right side of your page.
You can run a new report against a different website by clicking the 'new grade' link on the same tab, this will display a pop-up to allow you to enter a new URL.
