Manage General Compliance Details

Manage and maintain candidate compliance details directly from the candidate record to ensure important documentation and checks remain accurate and up to date. This article explains how to view, add and update compliance details, upload supporting documents, monitor expiry dates, and keep candidate records compliant throughout the recruitment process.

Manage your Temp Workflow

To get the most out of your Temp recruitment process in Firefish, it's important to configure your Temp Workflow settings correctly.

Setting up Pay configuration

Pay Configuration is where you tell Firefish how a temp rate is built up — the pay rate plus any components like holiday pay and Working Time Directive — and how that turns into the charge rate you bill your client. You set your defaults once, and every rate on your rate cards inherits them.

Manage your Rate Cards

How to build a standard rate card, configure its rules, add standard and exception rates, use modifiers, schedule changes and understand how rate changes cascade.

Applying rates to companies

Once your standard temp rate cards are built, you attach them to the companies you're placing temps with.

From the company record, you can add a standard rate card as-is, customise it for that company, or use parent company rates so related companies can share the same rates
