Candidate Reordering in the Availability Calendar

Available on: Basic | Professional | Enterprise

Users can now reorder candidates directly within the Availability Pool Calendar View.

Candidates can be moved into the preferred order using drag and drop, making it easier to prioritise candidates when managing availability.

Key behaviour:

• Candidate order can be adjusted by dragging and dropping within the Calendar View

• Changes save automatically

• Updates are visible to all users

• The order will sync between the Calendar and List views

• No page refresh is required

Note: Candidate reordering is currently supported only within the Calendar View. Reordering from the List View is not available at this time.

Job Card Update – Coral Template

Available on: Basic | Professional | Enterprise

We’ve introduced a small improvement to Job Cards and Featured Job Cards on the Coral website template.

Where a Role is populated on a job advert, this will now be displayed directly on the job card.

Behaviour:

• If a Role is present on the advert, it will display on the job card

• If no Role is populated, the Discipline will continue to display

• If neither Role nor Discipline are present, this line will be hidden

This update helps ensure job cards display the most relevant information while maintaining a clean layout.
