Parent Company Merge Fields Added to General Email Templates

Last week we added new merge fields which give users the option to include parent company details when setting up or editing templates.  

Users will now be able to add these merge fields to General email templates too.

Integrations 

Liquid Friday Integration 

Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise 

“Liquid Friday” integration has been added to the “Pay & Bill” settings page. The integration will generate a Client ID and Secret for our customers to connect Firefish to their Liquid Friday profile. Once connected, contract placements can be synchronised with Liquid Friday.

Communications API Improvement 

Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise 

We have made an improvement to our Comms Search endpoint; we are now including the “Last Activity Date” field. This field will display the dateTime of the most recent action performed on a record.
