Communications API

We have introduced a new communications endpoint which is available on the Public API for general use.
The endpoint allows third party integrations to post communications actions into candidate and contact records within Firefish.
The endpoint will also allow for the retrieving of Call Types as well as being able to return all candidates and contacts related to a phone number.

Candidate Module – New Sub-Preferences Filters

We’ve added sub-preferences to the Filter options in the Candidate module on the Reports Dashboard. This means you can now filter by Sub-Location, Role and Specialisation.
The names of these sub-preferences reflect what the user has set up in System Configuration > Preferences.

Company Module – New Address Data Columns

We can now report on Company Address within the Data columns on the Reports Dashboard. You can add columns ‘Address 1’, ‘Address 2’, and ‘Address 3’ which correspond to these fields on the Company record:

Deactivated Users on Reports Dashboard – Advert module
Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise
On the Reports Dashboard, on the Advert module we can now see actions performed by users who are now deactivated.
There is also a new ‘Deactivated Users’ filter in the Users dropdown to allow filtering on these users.
When viewing the data for users who are deactivated, it shows the original user with ’Deactivated’ in brackets.

Improved Groupings on the Reports Dashboard

Across the Reports Dashboard, we have improved the groupings for the Display options, Filters and Data Columns. The options are now grouped to make them easier to locate. To search for specific options, users can also type directly into the boxes for Displays, Filters and Data Columns, and options will be returned as the user types.
