Sort Filtering added to the Contact Meetings page

When a user opens the Contact Meetings page from the To Do list on the main dashboard, they will now be able to sort the entries alphabetically by the Contact names. This was a change request from Forge Recruitment.

Candidate Pay fields updated on the job record compliance side panel 

Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise 

When you open the Compliance side panel on a job record, you’ll see we have updated the names of these fields to ‘Payment Type’ and ‘Engagement Type’. This is so that they match to their corresponding fields on the candidate record which have been renamed as part of the UI improvements.

Integrations 

Xero Integration 

Version(s): Professional/Enterprise 

We have completed the Xero integration which will now be available for public Beta. The Feature Flag will be switched on for our demo sites and we will be looking for more customers to try our Beta. If any customers are interested, then please notify Drew. 

Contract Invoicing will now be a part of the Xero Integration and our customers will be able to submit their timesheets to Xero as an invoice. Contract invoicing can be enabled via the Xero settings and follows the same steps when matching accounts contacts in Xero as permanent invoicing.

Each additional pay rate on the timesheet will have its own row within the invoice when submitted to Xero.

Credit Notes is also being added to the Permanent Invoicing. Our customers will now be able to create credit notes within Xero when they terminate a placement that has a sales amount that is not zero.

Customers with the basic package will not have access to Xero. When they click the enable button, they will be prompted to request information on the Xero integration. An email will be sent to our support team and the Xero button will be locked for 14 days before they can request information again.
