Report on sales within the Reports Dashboard.
Projected Sales for Contract Placements
You can report on your projected sales for contract placements by creating a card on the Reports Dashboard using the Job module. The charts and data show Projected Charge, Projected Pay and Projected Margin for contract placements, taken from the Pay Details section of the placements:

Reports Dashboard cards
On the Reports Dashboard, creating a card and selecting a Display By of Projected Sales shows the total Projected Charge split into Projected Margin and Projected Pay for the time period you’re viewing for.
Selecting a Display By of Projected Sales Date shows the total Projected Charge by date, for the time period you're viewing for.
You can also use a stacked line or bar chart with a Primary Display By of Projected Sales Date and a Secondary Display By of Projected Sales to show the total Projected Charge split by Projected Margin and Projected Pay.
Any hourly or daily rates are calculated for the entire time period you're viewing. For example, an hourly rate of £10/hour at 8 hours per day for a 5 day working week would show a Projected Pay rate of 10 x 8 x 5 = £400.
Actual Sales for Contract Placements
You can report on your actual sales for contract placements by creating a card on the Reports Dashboard using the Job module. The charts and data show Actual Charge, Actual Pay and Actual Margin for contract placements, taken from a completed Time Capture.

On the Reports Dashboard, creating a card and selecting a Display By of Actual Sales shows the total Actual Charge split into Actual Margin and Actual Pay for the time period you’re viewing for.
Selecting a Display By of Actual Sales Date shows the total Actual Charge by date, for the time period you're viewing for.
You can also use a stacked line or bar chart with a Primary Display By of Actual Sales Date and a Secondary Display By of Actual Sales to show the total Projected Charge split by Actual Margin and Actual Pay.

Sales Comparisons
You can compare Projected and Actual Sales directly within the Reports Dashboard.
Start by by creating a card on the Reports Dashboard using the Job module. To compare overall sales for the time period you're viewing, select a Primary Display By of Projected Sales, and then select Actual Sales from the Compared To dropdown. (You can also show the data the opposite way around e.g. Actual Sales as the Primary Display By and Projected Sales from the Compared To).
To compare sales by date for the time period you're viewing, you can select Projected Sales Date as the Primary Display By and Actual Sales as Compared To
