Removing Blocked URLs
Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise
We’ve started to roll out the ability to right-click and open in a new tab. This will affect items that have the Open in New Tab icon next to them - such as candidate names or contact names.
This week, we’ve updated To Do lists, Candidate and Contact searches and Candidate names in the job workflow.
We’ll be continuing this in the coming weeks.
Removing Blocked URLs Continued
Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise
We’ve continued work to make right-click > Open in New Tab available across more parts of the system. This now includes:
- Jobs
- Adverts
- Companies
- Saved Searches
Anywhere you see the Open in New Tab icon, users can now right-click without getting a blocked URL.
Improved Handling of Special Characters in Contact Event Tags
Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise
Users can now successfully search for and Contact event tags containing special characters, such as & and #.
Previously, an event tag like “Tom & Jerry BDP” would display correctly on the Contact record but it would return no results when searched for. This has now been resolved by updating how special characters are handled in search queries. Matching tags will now appear as expected in the dropdown when users begin typing.

Adding “Source” to the Outlook and Gmail Add-in when Applying to Adverts or Considering to Jobs
Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise
Users of the add-ins will be able to select the source value whenever an advert and/or job is selected in the “Application” tab of an existing candidate add-in record. The “Candidate Source” dropdown will be displayed at the bottom of the list and continue to show all candidate sources in the dropdown.
When a candidate source is selected in the dropdown and the add-in changes are made, the candidate source that was selected will be added to the advert or job action in the candidate recent activity, and the “Source” field found in the advert applications or job considering list will display the source selected.
Note: Selecting a candidate source in the application tab of add-in will not update the original source found on the candidate record.

Contractors Out (Closed Beta)
Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise
Contractors Out is a new page, available from the Jobs (now Opportunities) menu, which gives recruiters a view of all the candidates who are currently out on a contract.
Unlike the existing Current Contracts quick links, which it replaces, it allows recruiters to perform bulk actions on these candidates. Currently these actions are email and messaging, with more to follow shortly.
It also has more filtering options to help the recruiter to focus on the specific candidates they're interested in.
These changes are being released behind a feature flag and will be made available to selected clients within a Closed Beta.
Reports Dashboard Limits

We've made some improvements to the dashboard limits settings in Subscriptions.
It now clearly distinguishes between the number of dashboards included by default with your subscription* and any extra dashboards that have been added.
* 1 for basic, 5 for professional, and 10 (per site) for enterprise clients
