Here's what we've released in May

AWR Reviews 

Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise 

We have introduced a new quick link for contract jobs called ‘AWR Reviews’. This allows our users to view all candidates placed on a PAYE contract job that falls within the selected timeframe. 

Users can enable the quick link within Job Configuration > Contract Workflow > Placements tab. 

The quick link can only be enabled when ‘Timesheets’ is toggled on. 

Employer Portal users can also view the quick link. 

AWR Reviews follows the same rules as Probation Review: 

• Set the timeframe for reviews to appear in
• Place a candidate on a PAYE within the timeframe
• Open the AWR Reviews quick link on the dashboard

Candidate Notice Period as a Merge Field

We have added Candidate Notice Period to the merge fields for the Candidate Card (Insert). This means users can choose to show a candidate’s notice period when sending their CV via Candidate, Contact or Job records. The email templates this has been added to are: 

• Jobs / General / Candidate Card (Insert)
• Candidate / Action / Candidate Card (Insert)
• Contact / Action / Candidate Card (Insert))

 Analytics 

 New data columns in Reports Dashboard 

Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise 

In the Candidate module you are now able to select the following data columns: 

• LTD Name
• LTD Address
• LTD Town
• LTD County
• LTD Postcode
• LTD Number
• VAT Number

This information comes from the Pay tab of the Candidate profile:

 

Also in the Candidate module, the following new data columns are available: 

• Availability Date (name determined by the label name within People Configuration > Candidate Setting, and column not available if disabled in these settings)
• CV (Yes/No)
• Formatted CV (Yes/No)
• Own Transport (Yes/No)
• VOIP

In the Job module – when using the Job Activity, Job Workflow, Sales Details, Projected Sales or Actual Sales datasets – you are now able to select the following data columns: 

• Candidate Owner
• Agreed Salary (not available for Projected Sales / Actual Sales dataset)
• Agreed Rate 

The Agreed Salary / Rate information comes from the Offer and Placement screens on both Permanent and Contract jobs.

Also in the Job module, a new column ‘Interview Date’ is available for the Job Activity and Job Workflow datasets only. This shows the interview date that has been arranged for a candidate and remains in the data even if the candidate has moved on from the Interview stage, the job is closed or all the available positions for a job have been filled.
