      Here's what we released in November

      CRM 

      Bulk Remove from Talent Pools 

      Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise 

      Users can now quickly remove candidates from Talent Pools without handling each one individually. We’ve added a ‘Remove’ button at the top and bottom of the Talent Pool page. Users can select as many candidates as they need, click ‘Remove’, and they’ll be hidden from the list for the next 12 months.

      Analytics

      Company Merge 

      Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise 

      This will allow users to merge their own companies within the system without needing to submit a data request, saving them time. This will be available to all users straight away. 

      Companies that have been merged will be deleted from the system, with their data merging into the company record the user wants to keep. 

      Generally, any data in the company record the user chooses to keep will not be overwritten, only fields which are not populated will be populated with data from the merging company.

      New Fields for Search

      As part of the Universal Search work, we have added more fields to our Candidate, Contact and Company Search in both the Dashboard and in their individual pages.  

      The fields added are Phone and Email. These will return results if a full match is found when searching.

      Public API - Allowing Datetimes in Placement Search Endpoint

      The Placement API now supports date time search as an optional feature. Users can continue to filter results in Date only format or the user can perform a search using ISO-8601 date time search.

      Public API – Adding Company Phone to Contact Search Endpoint

      Contact records returned by the Contact Search API endpoint will now include the phone number of the company the contact is linked to in Firefish.

      Applicant Channel/Source Tracking 

      Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise 

      Users will now be able to see the channel and source used by candidates applying to their adverts on the ‘Applications’ tab of advert and on the advert action. Candidates who applied to adverts in the past will now have the channel and source retroactively updated on the ‘Applications’ tab of advert and on the advert action.  

      Application Shortlist Email Confirmation Setting 

      Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise 

      Users can now decide whether they wish to have the confirmation email sent to a candidate or not when being shortlisted to a job from an advert. Disabling this setting will not display the confirmation email pop-up and instead the candidate will go straight to considered. This toggle will be enabled by default for all client sites.

      Analytics 

      Outcome Filters in Reports Dashboard

      In the Job module, users can now filter on the Outcome of an interview stage. An example of how clients might use this is for viewing all candidates at interview stage but filtering out those who have withdrawn or not progressed.

      The Outcome filters can be used when either Candidate Stage, Interview Stage or Workflow Activity Date is used as a Primary Display. 

      CRM 

      Clone a Candidate Saved Search

      We have added a new button to Candidate Saved Searches which will allow users to make a copy with all the same criteria selected. The ‘Clone’ button is down in the bottom right corner, next to the ‘Update Search’ button. 

      We will be adding the clone functionality to Contacts and Company Saved Searches soon.

      Side Panel Improvements

      This week, we have a few small improvements to the side panel.

      • Side panel now available on candidate compliance lists 
      • New buttons added in the side panel to switch to previous or next profile in the list 
      • CV and Formatted CV icons now open the sider panel onto the relevant tab 

      Search Improvement

      We now have partial email and phone number searching alongside our search improvements for Candidate, Contact and Company.
