3000 Character Limit for Candidate Summary

On the candidate record, we have implemented a limit of 3000 characters in the Candidate Summary like the one on the Recruiter Summary, with a character count which updates as the user types. This will help prevent candidates from adding excessive information, which could lead to potential loading speed issues for the record.

Max Potential Matches Increased to 500
Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise
On the Permanent and Contract workflows there is a setting within Job Configuration > Potential Matches that allows a user to select the maximum number of potential match results that are returned on a job.
The maximum number of potential matches that we currently allow to return is 100 however we have had some feedback that this is not enough, so we have increased this to 500.
The default value for this dropdown is 50.

New Standard Report - Timesheet Totals Summary
Version(s): All
A new standard report is available in the Jobs Module called “Timesheet Totals Summary”.
This report is modelled on the existing “Timesheet Summary” report, however it provides totals for hours worked according to rate type based on the full timesheet week, rather than each individual day.
The report can be filtered according to:
- User
- Team
- Timesheet Status
- Supplier
- Period From
- Period To

Analytics
Benchmark chart updates

We’ve updated the Candidate Engagement chart by splitting it out into two pie charts – one for Average User and one for Benchmark User. This means the colours for Average and Benchmark users are consistent across the Benchmark dashboard and makes it easier to see the proportions of Active and Dead data for each user type.
