January Week 1 Product Release

Here's what we've released in the first week on January.

CRM 

Multiple Job Owners 

Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise 

This feature will give users the ability to add secondary owners to jobs to make it easier for them to share responsibility. Secondary owners will see the job in Job Searches by their name, in their To Do lists and Quick Links.

 Integrations 

Stepstone Integration Improvements 

Version(s): all 

2 improvements made to the Stepstone family of job boards 

General Release: Stepstone job boards will now retrieve and provide candidates any pre-screen questions linked to the advert in Firefish when they apply. As this process is triggered at the point of the candidate applying, users will not have to repost any adverts - any adverts that are currently live on sites such as Totaljobs will automatically benefit from this improvement. 

Any answers that the candidates provide will be packaged and sent along with their CV as part of Direct Apply.

• How to Set up and Use the Stepstone Job Boards Integration

API Pagination – Contacts API 

Versions: all (Firefish API) 

General Release: We have added the Pagination feature to the contacts search API Endpoint on the Firefish Public API.  

This is a developer feature for integration partners who can use it to retrieve more than 1000 results at a time from the API. As per the other endpoints, Pagination has been added as an optional parameter, meaning that any existing users of this endpoint will not be impacted and Third Parties can update their integrations at their convenience.

Analytics 

Tile Subheading Changes 

Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise 

As part of upcoming improvements to user filtering, we've introduced two new badges in the subheading row for all tile types: 

• Users: Displays the number of users included in the tile based on the selections in the global Users filter. 
• Teams: Displays the number of teams included in the tile based on the selections in the global Teams filter. 

These badges provide a quick way to see the filter settings applied to each tile. 

Web 

Candidate & Contact Name Search Improvements 

Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise 

We have simplified searching for candidates and contacts with hyphenated names. Users are now able to search for a hyphenated name (eg: Anne-Marie) by either name (eg: “Anne” or “Marie”) or by both names with a space instead of a hyphen (eg: “Anne Marie”). This functionality is available in both the Candidate and Contact searches, and is included in the Universal Search.
