SEO Suggest Web Content

Firefish AI can now generate SEO page titles, keywords, and descriptions. Users can generate these field by field or can generate all three at the same time.

This means customers will be able to generate their SEO fields based on the Menu Text Field and page content.

Candidate Agreement Control

We've added a setting to allow users to control whether the Candidate Agreement displays on the Communication Preferences form (which is used by candidates to select their marketing preferences).

This was done as some international customers do not have the same legal requirements as we do in the UK and may not need users to agree to a Candidate Agreement. This setting can be accessed under Website > Legal > Candidate Agreement.

Advert Card Settings

To tidy up some of the settings and group them together more intuitively, the Advert Logo and the Job Headings settings have been moved from Website > Job Search to the Advert Configuration page. These settings control how Advert Cards are displayed.

Accessibility Improvement:

Keyboard Focus Indicators Added to Barracuda, Squid, and Tetra

Keyboard focus indicators have now been added to multiple templates. This makes our sites much more user friendly for candidates using assistive technologies.

Adding the focus indicators to every interactable page element is step one of making our templates accessible.

Sales Forecast , Terminology changes

We have revised our terminology to bring more clarity around sales forecasts and projections. This has resulted in the following changes:

  • ‘Sales Projection’ quick link has been renamed ‘Forecasted Sales’.
  • On the quick link page, the ‘Projected Sales’ column is now called ‘Forecasted Sales’.
  • ‘Projected Sales’ and ‘Forecast’ fields on both Permanent and Contract jobs have been renamed to ‘Forecasted Sales’ and ‘Forecasted Date’.

Sales Forecasting on Reports Dashboard

We have introduced Sales Forecasting into the Reports Dashboard, replicating the ‘Sales Projection’ quick link.

This allows users to view a pipeline of forecasted sales against more filters, for example per workflow.

Cards created using the Job module can now display ‘Forecasted Date’ and ‘Forecasted Probability’.

Report Dashboard – Date Properties updates

We have added the available Date Properties as Primary Display options to make it clearer what the graphs using these options were showing. When these new Primary Display options are used, the option to change the Date Property has been locked, to avoid confusion.

1-Feb-01-2024-10-00-41-3669-AM

Users with cards already set up using the previously available combinations of Primary Display / Date Properties will see their selected Date Property become the Primary Display option.

    Change Requests

    ‘Automation’ Page Rename

The Integrations on this specific page will mainly be used for marketing, so we have renamed it to Marketing Automation making its purpose clearer than it was before.

    Integrations

    Reed Postcode Autofill

This is a request from UserVoice to improve how the Advert Posting Modal for Reed handles postcodes.

In the posting modal for Reed, there is a ‘Location’ field which can accept a Town or Postcode. We have changed the behaviour of this field to mirror what happens on the CV-Library posting modal.

The ‘Location’ field will now populate according to the address found on the Company Record linked to the Advert. If the Company record has a postcode, this will be auto populated in the ‘Location’ field. If there is no postcode the field will populate using the Town. If the Company record doesn’t have a postcode or a Town, the ‘Location’ field will remain blank.

    UI Improvements

The Public API table can sometimes have thousands of entries, so we have added a search box which will search all of the columns in the table. This means you can search for the specific entries you are looking for instead of sifting through the pages manually.

    10-2

We have also added the Endpoint column because in many cases, candidate reference numbers will be included. So, if you’re looking for API requests which relate to a specific candidate, which will be common with Sourcewhale, you can search by their reference number.
