September Product Releases

Here's what we released in September

CRM

Placement and Extension Reference ID

Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise

In our API and Reporting features, we are increasingly dependent on individual references for placements, extensions, and terminations. This is particularly relevant for Timesheet Features, as a timesheet is linked directly to an extension.

To eliminate any confusion, we have updated the UI on placement records as follows:

  • Renamed "Placement Ref" to "Original Placement Ref" in the placement summary
  • Added "Placement Ext Ref" and extension number to extension records

The ‘Placement Ext Ref’ which is now visible on extension records was always there behind the scenes, and our clients who have been using our API always had access to it. By adding it to the front end like this, we are making it easier for users to see which extension is being referred to at a glance.

Reports Dashboard Filters – Clear All and improved UI

Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise

We’ve improved some UI and added functionality on the Filters dropdowns. When filters are selected, there is now a ‘Clear All’ button to remove all filters, and there are ‘Clear’ buttons to remove all filters within a group. You can still remove individual filters by clicking the red cross button next to them.

If you edit a card which has filters already selected, when you open the Filters dropdown it now shows the ones that have been selected in an expanded view, so you can see more easily which filters have already been selected.

To Do List Visibility based on Workflow Setting

Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise

If a client has disabled a workflow in Job Configuration, then To Do lists related to that workflow will now be hidden on the main dashboard.

For example, if the Permanent workflow has been disabled, the ‘Permanent Authorisation’ to do list won’t be visible.
