Here's what we released in the first week of February.
CRM
Credit Details Properties
Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise
We’ve simplified how Properties control the visibility of Credit Details fields on job and company records.
Previously, users had to enable these fields in Properties and have the Credit Details setting switched on in the Contract Workflow tab. Now, we’ve removed the Credit Details setting - so enabling or disabling these fields in Properties is all you need to do.
The Authorisation on Credit Details setting is still in the same place: Company Configuration > Terms > Contract.

Update Company Select Component Limit
Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise
We’re increasing the result limit in the Company Select Component to make it easier to find the right company when creating a job.
Previously, results were capped at 20, which caused issues for clients using Associated Companies, especially when multiple companies had the same name. Now, we’re increasing the limit to 50.
- Users will see up to 50 parent companies in the dropdown.
- If the Include Associated Companies setting is enabled, they’ll also see all related child companies under those parents.
This change ensures clients can always find and select the right company.

Candidate ID Placement CSV Export
Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise
We have added a column to the end of the placement CSV exports which shows a Candidate’s ID number.
The placement CSV exports are the files attached to the HR and Accounts email when the Attach CSV setting is checked within Job Configuration > Placement.

Show Export CSV Option for Basic
Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise
Clients on the Basic package can now export Candidate, Contact, and Company Saved Searches to CSV - bringing this functionality in line with Enterprise and Professional.
- The CSV export buttons follow the existing CSV/Word Exports setting in User Management > User Permissions.
- If this permission is disabled for a user type, the button will be greyed out and unavailable for them.
This update ensures a more consistent experience across packages while keeping permissions in place.
