Credit Details Properties
Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise
We’ve simplified how Properties control the visibility of Credit Details fields on job and company records.
Previously, users had to enable these fields in Properties and have the Credit Details setting switched on in the Contract Workflow tab. Now, we’ve removed the Credit Details setting - so enabling or disabling these fields in Properties is all you need to do.
The Authorisation on Credit Details setting is still in the same place: Company Configuration > Terms > Contract.

Update Company Select Component Limit
Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise
We’re increasing the result limit in the Company Select Component to make it easier to find the right company when creating a job.
Previously, results were capped at 20, which caused issues for clients using Associated Companies, especially when multiple companies had the same name. Now, we’re increasing the limit to 50.
- Users will see up to 50 parent companies in the dropdown.
- If the Include Associated Companies setting is enabled, they’ll also see all related child companies under those parents.
This change ensures clients can always find and select the right company.

Show Export CSV Option for Basic
Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise
Clients on the Basic package can now export Candidate, Contact, and Company Saved Searches to CSV - bringing this functionality in line with Enterprise and Professional.
- The CSV export buttons follow the existing CSV/Word Exports setting in User Management > User Permissions.
- If this permission is disabled for a user type, the button will be greyed out and unavailable for them.
This update ensures a more consistent experience across packages while keeping permissions in place.

Editable Pay Names UI Update
Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise
The names we give our Pay Type values (Self Employed and PAYE) don’t always match how our clients refer to these. The Pay Type labels can now be edited in Job Configuration > Contract Workflow > Sales Settings.
The edits made to the Pay Type names only change the way they appear on the Contract job workflow. This won’t change anything in Reports, Emails, Exports or in the API.

New Salary Range Setting for Permanent Workflow (Closed Beta)
Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise
When creating a job, clients will often only fill out one of the Salary From and Salary To fields, which means they aren’t getting the full benefit of their Potential Matches. To help with this, we are introducing the Salary Range feature.
This feature is entering Closed Beta this week, and if the feature flag is enabled, the new setting is found in Job Configuration > Permanent Workflow > Potential Matches.
Here’s how it works:
- Users can select a percentage range from the dropdown (10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, or 50%) - the default is 20%.
- When creating a job and entering a salary, the salary value will serve as the mid-point. The selected percentage will then auto-populate the Salary From and Salary To fields when the job is created
- Once the job is created, Users will be able to edit the Salary From and Salary To fields
Example:
If the job salary is £10,000 and the range is set to 20%, the system will automatically set:
- Salary From: £8,000
- Salary To: £12,000

Change the Pay Type Names on the Contract Workflow (Closed Beta)
Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise
The names we give our Pay Type values (Self Employed and PAYE) don’t always match how our clients refer to these. To help with that, we are introducing the Change Pay Type Names feature.
This feature is entering Closed Beta this week, and if the feature flag is enabled, it makes some changes to the Pay Type section in Job Configuration > Contract Workflow > Sales Settings.
The edits made to the Pay Type names only change the way they appear on the Contract job workflow. This won’t change anything in Reports, Emails, Exports or in the API.

- Channel and Source will appear as columns on the Considering Lists for all clients.
- When the Recent Activity side panel is expanded, the Source column is hidden to maintain spacing.
- The Ellipses have been removed to increase space, the Withdraw option has been removed (from the Considering stage only) and has been replaced by the Remove option in the list header actions.
- Existing Candidates that have been withdrawn can still be reinstated, with the Reinstate option appearing in place of the Checkbox to the right of the Candidate Name column.
- Finally, the Availability column has been removed from the Permanent Workflow as it has less relevance for Permanent Jobs.
