October Week 1 Product Release

Here's what we released in the first week of October.

Analytics 

Unique URL for Reports Dashboards 

Version(s): Basic/Professional/Enterprise 

Each dashboard now has its own URL. This link can be shared, allowing users (with correct permissions) to directly access a specific dashboard.  

At the moment there is not a specific button to share this – users would just be able to copy the URL from their address bar – but in an upcoming release there will be a Share button which will make this more obvious. 

One thing that has changed is in the User Activity Panel, which will show the name of the last Reports Dashboard they visited:

Adverts

Version(s): Professional/Enterprise 

Candidates who have completed an application to an advert will no longer display in the prospects tab. Previously, the candidate would show on both the prospects and applications tabs, making it difficult to differentiate between candidates who had successfully applied, and those who never completed the application. This update makes it clear which candidates have clicked apply but not completed the application process.
